The annual wine and spirits fair HARTIS TON GEFSEON 2009
will take place on December Saturday 12 and Sunday 13, 2009
at the Warehouse C of the Thessaloniki port.
HARTIS TON GEFSEON, an important wine and spirits fair, is held annually at Thessaloniki, organized by Wine Plus.
The annual reunion of the wine and gastronomy world in Thessaloniki, will this year celebrate its 7th anniversary.
A large number of wines and distillates from Greece and abroad will be presented and tasted at Warehouse C.
The event, targeted mainly to wine lovers, also attracts many professionals of the wine sector not only from Thessalonki and Northern Greece but the entire country.
Among the wide range of interesting proposals that "Hartis ton Gefseon" offers every year, you will find:
a large variety of wines for tasting, where most Greek viticultural zones, as well as many foreign, are represented
updated information on the wine world, as new wineries are featured every year
wine accessories and the latest editions on wine and gastronomy
original presentations, seminars, lectures
This year, Christmas Wine Plus Bazaar "The 2000 vintage" , will be held for the first time on Saturday, December 12, at 18.30 at the Marco Polo room in Warehouse C. The wineries participating at Hartis ton Gefseon 2009 offer 750 ml bottles or 1,5 lt Magnums, that will be auctioned. The amount of money gathered will be offered to the Arcturos Environmental Center.
